Rentals and Leases
The Watermark Association requires a $100 non-refundable lease review fee, which covers the administrative cost of reviewing and approving lease agreements for tenants. This fee ensures compliance with the building’s policies and maintains proper documentation for all leases. Please note that this fee is separate from the broker fee and any other deposits associated with the lease.
An escrow deposit equal to one month’s rent is required by The Watermark Association, separate from the standard security deposit for the lease. This deposit is held in the association’s account until the end of the lease and may be used to cover the cost of repairing any damage to the common elements caused by tenant acts or omissions during the lease term.
Pet Policy
The Watermark Association allows pets exclusively for owners residing in their units; renters are not permitted to have pets under any circumstances. Additionally, no guest, lessee, or invitee is allowed to bring any animal onto the property at any time.
The master deed and by-laws permit only unit owners to keep small household pets, including small dogs. Small is defined as a dog not to exceed 36 pounds and no taller than 16 inches.
