Larger two-bedroom residences start at around $650,000, with prices going up from there depending on the size of the unit and its exposure. As you’d expect, condos on higher floors with views of NYC are the most expensive. Most of the top-floor penthouses at the Sky Club have recently been selling for well over $1 million. The priciest homes have been newly renovated penthouses with upgraded finishes.
