Community Info
Moving Guidelines
Move-In and Move-Out fees will be collected: A non-refundable fee of $450 for weekdays and $550 for Saturdays will apply separately for both move-in and move-out. Additionally, a refundable security deposit of $500 will be required separately for both move-in and move-out.
Moves will only be permitted through the loading dock located on Sussex Street and will only be permitted between the hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Saturday, we have two moving time slots 9am-1pm & 1pm-5pm. No moves or large deliveries will be permitted through the lobby.

Additional Fees
New residents are required to pay a one-time, non-refundable $500 fee, which covers elevator reservations for moving, registration in the Community Management System, mailbox updates, and assistance with parking tags and keys. For complete details, please refer to the 77 Hudson Welcome Packet.
Pet Policy
A maximum of two (2) pets are allowed per unit.These are the rules for the pet policy; however, for rentals, it is at the unit owner’s discretion whether pets are allowed.
